It has the TUV GS and BS marks, which ensures it is manufactured to the quality and safety standards.Note:If the problem is the cutterhead has gone out of position, normally if the trimmer has been overloaded, then the trimmer can be repaired if you flip it over and look for the screws that hold the rail in place, loosen these and there should then be enough play on the rail to pop the cutterhead back into place.
